Smart Card Solution for Gas Stations

We have designed, implementated and integrated management and distribution systems in petrol and diesel stations using smart card technology.
It covers responsibilities such as determination of system requirements, optimization of systems and troubleshooting of gas station software packages:

• Gas Station Management Software
• Gas Station Monitoring Software (Dashboard Software)
• System Applications which run in the background to ensure that the IPC server is connected to the Terminals and Data Center Servers.

Smart System for LPG filling stations

We have provided a complete management solution for full control of LPG Filling Stations and it's sales management. It is implemented in 11 cities across Iran, till date.

It has been designed to control fuel consumption at the LPG filling stations, and by means of an outdoor kiosk it authenticates and validates the users’ credit. Also, a dispenser control box is implemented to provide monitoring and control over the dispensers (pump).

The complete process of design and manufacturing the kiosks and the dispenser controllers has been done by our engineers at the Idea-Negar Energy Sabz Company. The main reason for separating the kiosk from the dispenser is due to safety and security reasons; which make putting the card-reader in the dispenser impossible.
In addition, a server is installed at fueling stations; which collects data, and sends fueling information of vehicles back, via network, to the data center. This procedure, as in the Fuel Smart Card project, is done to communicate fueling information of all the vehicles throughout the country back to a central point.

Fuel Management System for CNG Filling Stations

We have implementated the first pilot of fuel management system in the biggest CNG Filling Stations in Iran.

Fuel Smart Card Electronic Payment System
in cooperation with Mellat Bank

In this system customers are able to pay the fuel price electronically using their fuel smart card through Shetab banking system. In addition, the gas station manager can monitor their bank account status at any time.

Regional Rationing for Iran Fuel Card Project

We have designed, implemented and deployed this plan so that NIOPDC National Iranian Oil Product Distribution Company can carry out special rationing policies in which a particular percentage of the national quota for specific types of vehicles can be assigned to specific regions or gas stations across Iran.

Following the national fuel rationing project, in order to prevent fuel trafficking especially in the border regions there has been a demand from the NIOPDC for establishing a special type of rationing. These policies require specific types of vehicles to fuel only a percentage of the national quota in particular areas or gas stations across the country. Idea-Negar has the sensitive responsibility of the project’s system design and management.
